Serving Chattanooga’s Muslim community through worship, learning, and service.
A Place to Pray. A Community to Grow.
Islamic Center of Chattanooga is more than a place of prayer. It is a place where Muslims across Chattanooga gather to worship, learn, build relationships, and support one another. As our community continues to grow, we are working to create a stronger home for the generations that come after us.
Help Us Build a Safer Future
Masjid Muhammad has served Chattanooga’s Muslim community for generations. Today, our mosque sits directly beside a bar, creating concerns around noise, crowds, parking, and the environment surrounding our place of worship.
We are working toward relocating to a space where families, children, elders, and worshippers can gather in peace, dignity, and safety.
Help Us Build Our Future
Masjid Muhammad has served Chattanooga as a home for prayer, learning, and community. Now, we are working toward a space that can better support our growing congregation and provide a welcoming home for future generations.
Your support helps make possible:
A peaceful place for worship
More room for Islamic education
A welcoming environment for families
Space for youth and community programs
A long-term home for Chattanooga Muslims
